Normally I can take it or leave it when it comes to climbing film trailers, but for some reason I really like the look of Brian Solano's new film, The Players. Watch and let me know what you think.
Peter, I dig the blog and all the info. and vids. I'm planning a trip to Boulder, Colorado in the beginning of June as a sort of 'return to the roots' kind of trip. I'll only have a couple pads and one spotter, my brother; what do you think will be the best places to go at this time of year, or are there any? Plus, have you lived in Boulder your whole life? You look familiar. I used to climb at the 'old' BRC as a kid, 11-13 years old, I even used to set routes with Jimmy, Pat, and Chris. I remember a guy named Peter taking me out climbing one time, we even ran into Mia Axon at the crag. Of course that is all distant memories now and I don't want to drag you into my fuzzy recall. Anyway, thanks for the posts, I've been getting psyched watching all the Flagstaff videos.
Hi Micah, I think I am the same person you remember. My wife remembers you as well from the "old BRC.". The beginning of June can be great around here. Send me an email when you're around and we can go out if you want. I like your blog as well, some great photos!
Wow! This is incredible. When I left Boulder, around 1996, I moved to Seattle and since then I hadn't climbed at all; until I started going to The Evergreen State College about 4 years ago. They had a little climbing gym and after 10 years away from climbing my passion emerged yet again. I'm so psyched to meet someone from my climbing past, we should definitely meet up and go bouldering, I'll be in town between 6/18-6/23. I'll stay in touch.
